The Committee on Technology and infrastructure moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 17B-8-2, after line 7, by striking all the text from line 8 through page 3, line 33. This is a technical amendment to delete erroneous duplicative text.

Delegate Rowe moved to amend the bill on page 5, section 17B-8-4, lines 1 , after the word “desiring” by inserting the words “to work or seek to work shall apply for”, and after the word “license” by striking the words “shall apply”.
